Our History
Lockyear Bathrooms was built from hands-on experience in the trade.
Originally working as a plasterer, I was regularly brought in by bathroom installers to repair and prepare walls before tiling. Over time, it became clear that the quality of the finished bathroom always came back to the preparation behind it — something that was often rushed or overlooked.
That experience led me to take things further. By learning the full bathroom installation process — including plumbing, boarding, and electrical coordination — I began delivering complete bathrooms from start to finish, with the same attention to detail that started it all.
Today, Lockyear Bathrooms focuses on doing things properly from the ground up. Every project is approached with care, precision, and a commitment to quality, ensuring the finished bathroom not only looks right, but lasts for years to come.

This one was a full transformation — not just a “refresh”.
We reworked the layout, relocated the basin, and installed everything from scratch to make the space actually work properly for the client.
Clean white tiles paired with grey grout for that sharp, modern finish — simple, timeless, and built to last.
New bath, shower, toilet, and towel rail all fitted with care and attention to detail throughout.
