How much does a bathroom renovation cost?
Every bathroom is different, depending on size, layout changes, and specification. As a guide, most full bathroom installations fall within a set range, and I’ll always provide a clear, detailed quote following a site visit.
Do you handle the full bathroom installation?
Yes — Lockyear Bathrooms manages the full process from rip-out to final finish, including preparation, tiling, plumbing, and installation. Everything is completed to a consistent standard throughout.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Most bathrooms take between 7–14 working days depending on the scope of work, layout changes, and materials involved. You’ll be given a clear timeline before work begins.
Do I need to supply the materials?
That’s entirely up to you. I’m happy to install customer-supplied items or assist in sourcing quality fixtures and finishes to suit your budget and style.
Will I be without a bathroom during the work?
Yes, there will be a period where the bathroom is out of use during the renovation. I’ll always aim to minimise disruption and keep the project moving efficiently. However, a toliet will always be in use and the bath (if required) is installed after the first fix plaumbing, if required.
